COVID-19 Update

September 24, 2020

The government has changed the rules for parties held at home or private parties. 10 people inside and 25 outside max. I read news today of fines given to guests for attending a house party in Scarborough. For events at halls, Mr. Productions DJ Service will follow the safety rules as determined by the provincial government guidelines, as well as the hall. This includes wearing a mask and using hand sanitizer. To further help and make for a safe situation, Mr. Productions DJ Service is taking requests via requests cards, sanitizing the microphone, using a microphone stand, using gloves during setup and take down, and also keeping the music to conversation level. Ceremonies, micro weddings, weddings, and other events must be held at a restaurant or hall to make sure government safety requirements are being followed. I'd like to give a shout out to employees of hospitals for everything they're doing to combat Covid-19, so we can hopefully get back to a normal partying sooner than later.

I'm waiting for things to get back to normal. I'm booking events for 2021 and 2022, and working with my current clients. At events, a mask will be worn for everyone's safety, plus hand sanitizer will be available at the DJ table. Guests will be able to make requests via email or request cards. All microphones will be sanitized and placed on a microphone stands. Gloves will be worn during setup and takedown. New packages are available for wedding ceremonies and background music. I'm a proud member of the Canadian Disc Jockey Association. I've met many great DJs, and along with every other Canadian, we look forward to dancing again!

Your DJ,
